Module mock::test_ctx::helpers

Collection of helper functions which contribute to specific routines on the builder pattern used to construct TestContexts.

  Generate a simple setup which adds balance to two default accounts from [static@MOCK_ACCOUNTS]:
• tx_from_1_to_0
  Generate a single transaction from the second account of the list to the first one.
